Selecting a Claim Office in a Workfile

Use this feature to select a claim office, insurance company, and claim type while creating or duplicating a workfile. This screen opens by default when you are creating or duplicating a workfile, and the program cannot determine the correct claim office.

To select a claim office

  1. Open the workfile, and then select the Insurance tab.
  2. Select the insurance company from the Insurance droplist.
  3. From the Claim Office droplist, select the claim office.
